Mr. Takahashi is a legal scholar who specializes in corporate law, and based on his many years of experience in corporate practice. He specializes in legal issues surrounding companies, especially the legal responsibilities of officers, shareholder’s derivative lawsuits, and the risk management (Internal Control System) including group companies.
